Who creates the content & images?
We can create content and images for you.
However, if you can provide images of your tennis facility, staff, and customers it will make for a much better site. Personalization and unique pictures and content are crucial for an effective website.
Do I own the website?
Yes! After you fulfill the initial agreement, you own the website and all content.
If for any reason, you want to switch hosting providers or marketing companies, we will help you with the transition.
Can I edit the website?
We can provide you with video training on how to edit the site yourself. If you have an events page or blog that needs regular updating, we’ll provide you with a login so that you can keep it up-to-date.
For more complex edits, you will want to go through us.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on the customization, content, and number of pages you need for your site. If you need a storefront with online purchases, for example, it is a bigger project.
Websites can be as high as $15,000+ and as low as $5,000. All websites are paid out over 3-6 months depending on the scope of the project.
Are there any other fees? Do I pay for hosting?
Yes. After the initial agreement is completed, you will pay $99 per month for hosting. This fee includes 1 hour of edits per month.
What if I want to change the website later?
Included with your monthly hosting fee, you have 1 hour of edits. This time does not roll to the next month. This will cover basic edits like changing images, colors, or text on a page.
Further website changes are $99 per hour and will be included in your monthly invoice. We can also show you how to create pages, blog posts, and make edits yourself to save time and money.
What if I’m not happy or I want to leave?
We will do whatever we can to keep you satisfied. Our work & support is the highest quality you’ll find.
If, however, you do need to switch companies for any reason, we will help you transition your website seamlessly.
